Ron Rinas has more than 10,110 hours logged, with 9,410 of those hours in the capacity of aerial photo pilot. He has successfully flown numerous nationwide photo projects for the private sector and several government agencies, including various Districts of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Bureau of Reclamation, the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the National Park Service.

Projects Mr. Rinas has worked on include obtaining black-and-white and infrared aerial photography inside the inner rim of the Grand Canyon; color aerial photography for vegetation studies of various rivers in the Rocky Mountains and Plains States regions; corridor photography for roadway alignment, pipeline, fiber optic, engineering studies; and mapping photography for numerous governmental agencies and private firms.

Mr. Rinas has extensive experience in aerial photography mission planning and airborne GPS (ABGPS) procedures. He contributed significantly to the research and development of ADS's ABGPS technology.
